Description
Get a relaxing workout in while 10 cats wander around (and possibly try and help you).
- 45 minute yoga session by the awesome folks at The Studio
- followed by 15 minutes of Cat Lounge time
- and a a small drink of your choice (this includes any flavor Frappe', iced or hot coffee, tea or lemonade) [No alcohol]
Bring your Yoga Mat and wear some comfy clothes...and be prepared to be joined by a cat or 2 while you enjoy an amazing yoga experience!
Who
This class is for adults and children ages 16 and up.
- Each adult will need to sign a waiver before entering the cat lounge.
- For anyone under 18 years of age, a waiver will need to be signed by a guardian.

More Info
Here are the cat lounge rules:
-Please don't pick up the kitties (some don't like it and we don't want you to get scratched)
-Please don't chase the cats
-Ask the Cat Lounge Attendant which sleeping kitties are ok to pet
-Don't feed human feed to the cats, or bring in outside treats (some are on special diets)
-No laser pointers please - it can aggravate the kitties
-No outside kitties allowed
-Please sanitize your hands before entering and after leaving the cat lounge-
-No climbing on the furniture
-No loud voices or noises - it can startle the kitties
-Be gentle with all the cats
